Our cattle are raised on fresh pasture and natural grass for most of their lives, then finished with a carefully balanced grain diet. This gives you the best of both worlds — the rich flavor and tenderness people love, with all the benefits of pasture-raised beef.

Yes! We raise our cattle in Texas, with herds in Red Oak (just south of Dallas) and Tulia (in the Panhandle). Our Red Oak farm keeps us connected to the DFW community, while our Tulia farm allows us to scale responsibly — all while keeping your beef 100% Texas raised. This allows us to stay true to our local values while ensuring a consistent, high-quality supply year-round.

Our beef is raised locally, processed in small batches, and never mass-produced. That means better flavor, better quality, and the peace of mind of knowing your farmer.

We carry everything from steaks, roasts, and ground beef to specialty cuts like brisket, short ribs, and oxtail — plus seasonal favorites when available.

Both! You can buy individual cuts, pre-made beef boxes, or order in bulk (quarter, half, or whole beef).
